Directions: Place 10g in large bowl of hot (steamy) water. Carefully cover head with cloth and lean over bowl to form a tent. Close eyes, inhale slowly to allow steam to gently penetrate nasal passages. Continue for 5 minutes. Take breaks as required. Apply 20g to footbath or 30g to bath. Soak for 10 minutes. Use linen bag (enclosed & reusable) to hold salts and herbs if required.
